Payment Options

Payment and Refund Schedule

The following outlines the payment and refund schedule for the WSAG. However, the Institute for International Sport is sensitive to participants who may not have all of their funding available at the time of Registration. Students in this situation should be in contact with the Director of Enrollment to seek guidance on payment options and fundraising guidance.

Early Registration: Before January 31, 2011	$375 submitted with application ($250 deposit held*) Full fees due by April 30
Regular Registration: On/After January 31, 2011	$750 submitted with application ($250 deposit held)

*The $250 deposit holds your spot at the WSAG.

Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY	AMOUNTS REFUNDED
STUDENTS NOT ACCEPTED TO THE WSAG
Not accepted to program for any reason.	Full amount submitted including deposit.

STUDENTS ACCEPTED TO THE WSAG
Cancellation by May 15, 2011	Fees refunded, less $250 deposit
Cancellation on/after May 16, 2011	No fees refunded

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

International Students: We are sensitive to the challenges associated with securing a visa to enter the United States. International students are able to hold their spot in the program through June 17, 2011. However, to hold the spot, the $250 deposit must be submitted.

If you are accepted to participate in the WSAG, but must withdraw because of denial of visa (documentation required), the full amount submitted including the deposit will be refunded.

Students wishing to pay by credit card over the phone can call the Director of Enrollment at (401) 874-9193 during normal business hours EST to process their credit card.

ON LINE
Students may use PayPal at the time of Registration.

Important Notice for For Foreign Applicants

For foreign applicants, payment by check must be made in U.S. dollars. Foreign applicants also have the option of wiring money. If you plan to make a wire transfer, please email Mr. Paul Kelley at pkelley@internationalsport.org.
